Refund policy

Full refund

• The publisher rejects your article and you don't want a replacement site.
• Your placement isn't live within 10 business days of an approved article.
• You cancel before we've sent your article to the publisher.

No refund

• After the article is live on the ordered site.
• For delays caused by missing or late article submissions.
• For changes in a site's DR or traffic after publication.

Free replacement

If a published link is removed within 12 months, we publish it again on a site of the same or higher DR at no cost.

How to request

Email support@connectprs.com with your order number. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
